Who we are

Founded in Geneva.
Built with others.

Pass-Sport is an independent non-profit association founded in Geneva in 2023. Our starting point is Meyrin FC and the belief that sport can be a powerful space for education, connection and responsibility.

Young people are not passive beneficiaries: they prepare, take responsibility, represent their club, organise initiatives and pass on what they learn. We work alongside families, clubs, schools, institutions, companies, foundations and private donors.

Meyrin → Abidjan

In February 2024, From Meyrin to Abidjan took a group of young Meyrin FC players to Côte d’Ivoire. This first international trip set the tone: play, discover, share and act alongside the clubs they met.

  • 17 U15–U16 players and 2 staff members over six days.
  • Around 500 kg of sports equipment collected in Switzerland, transported and given to partner clubs and communities.
  • Meetings and activities in Treichville, Abobo, Bingerville, Yopougon and Cocody, including with ASEC Mimosas, 2 Plateaux FC, Ivoire Académie and Abidjan City.
  • Visit to the Swiss Embassy on 20 February 2024; discussions with clubs, coaches and young people.

The Buvette by Pass-Sport

Since September 2026, Pass-Sport has taken over Meyrin FC’s club café and committed to a long-term partnership with the club. It is a welcoming place at the heart of club life: players, families, volunteers, referees and visiting teams meet there. The activity supports the club’s day-to-day life and creates opportunities for service, responsibility and connection.

The Buvette is a local hospitality and food service. It is separate from APRÈS-MATCH, an educational ritual after games.Explore the full project ↗
Initiatives led with young people

Commitment also grows in Geneva through sporting events, collections, fundraising, volunteering and school projects. Young people take part in planning and delivery, supported by adults and partners.

APRÈS-MATCH by Pass-Sport

APRÈS-MATCH extends the game with a moment of respect and connection between both teams. The ritual is simple: a slice of cake and a piece of fruit for each player, a shared drink, then coaches stay, participate and help tidy up. The snack is not the goal; it makes the encounter natural. This is neither a food programme nor a service charged to young players.

1 × slice of cake + fruit per player · shared drink

APRÈS-MATCH is independent and separate from Sport2Share and The Buvette.

The 832 players are an estimate for Foot Libre only, where the average team size is known. The total number of unique people across the 215 team participations has not been established. Meyrin FC contributed a symbolic CHF 1 per participation (CHF 215); Pass-Sport funded the balance. Events that were not served are excluded.

Sport2Share Box

Sport2Share gives quality sports equipment a second life. Clubs, schools, companies and individuals will be able to place equipment in one-cubic-metre collection boxes. Pass-Sport then organises sorting, cleaning, repair and delivery to identified partners.

Target: 20 boxes in year one, 30 in year two and 50 within five years. A first shipment to Abidjan is envisaged for late 2026. The initial budget sought to launch the scheme is CHF 50,000. These are deployment targets, not completed results.

Pass-Sport Pro

An independent cooperation and capacity-building programme for sports stakeholders. It focuses on governance and management, locally adapted economic models, training and sharing field data. It sits within the partnership convention concluded with Ivorian authorities, including DGSVF and DPES.

The convention establishes a three-year cooperation framework; it does not by itself provide an automatic grant.

Phase 1: repair and make safe

In Dabou, Pass-Sport supports the gradual modernisation of the municipal Mélédjé-Aguéhi-Marcel sports complex. A three-year partnership convention with Ivorian authorities — DGSVF and DPES — establishes a framework for cooperation. In April 2026, the first stone was laid in the presence of local partners.

The validated quotation covers site cleaning and preparation, earthworks and levelling, fence repairs, paint repairs, six solar LED floodlights, surface repairs and multisport line marking. The goal is to make the existing court safer and usable.

Cooperation beyond Dabou

The April 2026 mission also enabled meetings with sports stakeholders, exchanges on training and talent identification, equipment handover in Grand-Lahou, and meetings with communities and clubs. These actions build on relationships started during the first journey to Abidjan in 2024.
