Strengthen structures, not only teams

The April 2026 mission developed a cooperation strand for educators, training centres and academies. On 13 April, Pass-Sport and the Direction générale des Sports et de la Vie fédérale signed a partnership agreement, with DPES included in the institutional framework.

A panel at Félix-Houphouët-Boigny Stadium addressed training practice, centre governance and professionalisation. DGSVF presented its talent identification and tracking platform. Fraternité Matin reported the aim of improving centre structures and training quality.

Pass-Sport Pro is independent and separate from the buvette, APRÈS-MATCH, Sport2Share Box and Legacy. The agreement provides a framework; it does not automatically provide public funding.

Sport is the means — people are the purpose.
