Collect with purpose
Equipment from clubs, schools, companies and individuals; only suitable items in usable condition are retained.
Sports equipment that is still useful can find a place on a pitch again. Sport2Share Box organises collection, sorting, checks, educational preparation and delivery to identified partners, with young people at the heart of the process.

INDEPENDENT PROGRAMMEThe programme connects unused equipment in Switzerland with needs identified by partner clubs and young people. Items are not shipped at random: condition, usefulness and destination are discussed with partners.
The proposed cycle includes collection from clubs, schools, companies and individuals, then sorting, cleaning, checks, kit preparation and delivery. Young people participate as organisers, ambassadors and volunteers, learning about reuse and solidarity in practice.
The project targets 20 boxes in the first rollout, around 500 young beneficiaries, 20 youth volunteers in Switzerland and 30 educators involved. A first shipment to Abidjan is planned for December 2026. These are targets, not completed outcomes.
Sport is the means — people are the purpose.

Equipment should be useful, dignified and suitable. Dialogue with local partners matters as much as collecting gear. The programme aims to reduce waste while giving young people practical responsibility.
